Flexible People Services 

Many small organisations find that they aren't able to afford or justify the cost of employing a People Director or a HR team.  This service is designed to provide all the services of a People Function on a ad-hoc basis at a cost that makes sense.  All these services can be found in the Fully Retained People Services offering but might be more suitable for a smaller company who isn't ready to make a commitment each month due to size or stage of organisation.   

For each organisation we can provide a number of services depending on need.  With an ad-hoc arrangement these services will be provided as determined in a Statement of Work and costed accordingly.

  • Liaising with payroll provider on changes and issues ​

** We currently don't offer payroll services but are able to support in development of compensation and benefit plans and liaising with any payroll provider or internal finance team
