People Services Managing Director & Founder
Em Plowman is a People Director with 20 years experience working within People Functions across a number of industries including publishing, technology, pharmaceuticals and utilities. Her experience ranges from fast growth within arm where she spent 12 years of her career as the organisation grew from 500 to 7,000 people. Her focus within arm included mergers and acquisition, development of leadership teams and business units and leading the people services team and becoming the global leader for business partnering. Most recently Em worked as Head of Culture for Anglian Water where she developed their purpose, culture, values and behaviours ready for the next AMP. Ed Plowman
Technical Managing Director & Founder
Ed Plowman is Chief Technology Officer at Disguise. He is also Chief Scientific Officer/Adviser at Hummingbird Technologies. Ed has spent the last 25 years working in a number of technology organisations. He spent 20 years of his career at arm where he had a number of roles including Director level roles within the media processing/graphics business units and performance analysis. Ed was responsible for the acquisition of the graphics business unit into arm (Falanx) and driving the success of this product across the industry. Ed has also held senior roles in Intel. Ed's focus is building and driving technical teams to delivery exceptional outcomes. As a senior leader and board member Ed believes strongly in building sustainable teams that understand how to develop technology and products that really solve the problems their customers present them.
